Felicia Johnson, 2018-2019 ABWA National President

 Felicia is a business owner and brings over 33 years of experience as a Business Manager for AT&T.  She serves on the board of directors for several nonprofit organizations in Birmingham, Alabama and is an advocate and active member of the Tennessee State University National Alumni Association which she served as the past Recording Secretary.  Felicia has been leading teams, inspiring people of all ages, and impacting communities.  She is a volunteer extraordinaire and has been the recipient of the Presidents Volunteer Service Award from President George W. Bush, President Barack H. Obama, and President Donald Trump.

Trina Nkhazi, ABWA District 1 Vice President

 Trina Tolliver Nkhazi currently serves as the City’s first IT Security Program Manager for the City of Atlanta. She is responsible for the business value delivery of a $5.7M cyber security program portfolio. Prior to this role, she was the first Enterprise Governance Program Manager for citywide IT investments. In both capacities, she consults with internal and external executive sponsors and cross-functional subject matter experts for education support, training, standards and guidelines, board leadership, business process improvements and technology implementations for the city, now from an IT security perspective. Trina’s background spans corporate, government, and community environments.

Renee Hutcherson Lucier, Founder & President of QE3 Synergies

   Renee Hutcherson Lucier is a Certified Master Coach, Speaker, Author and  Founder of QE3 Synergies, a personal and professional development firm  that impacts the world through retreats, webinars and impact  experiences, as well as keynotes and coaching. Renee is the catalyst  that brings transformation to reignite your inner compass, challenge  “acceptable” perspectives, confront your responses to fear and stimulate  your healing from past trauma. Her mantra is to embrace each failure,  lower walls to build resilience, hone every personal competency and step  into definable action. Renee uses strategies that cultivate the whole  person by engaging the mind, connecting the spirit, developing the  emotions and stimulating the body so you powerfully step into your  purpose, releasing your passion and ultimately fulfilling the promise  for which you were created.

Kenya Dunn, CEO & Founder of The Power Filled Woman

  Kenya has held executive leadership positions in both Customer Service & Retail organizations, building high performing teams producing phenomenal results. She has also helped countless people grow their own careers and launch their own businesses. She has spent the last several years dedicated to mentoring and coaching minorities and women leaders to prepare them to lead at higher levels. Kenya is also a business owner, author, and host of the “Power Filled” women’s conference and networking event.  


 If you ask Kenya who she is as a leader, she will tell you, “I am a high energy, impact leader. A creative visionary. I am a people-first leader able to activate large groups to accomplish complex goals. I have the capacity to manage multiple priorities. Serving others in a way that helps them reach their highest potential fuels me. I am competitive. I have my feet on the ground but my eyes on the prize. Authenticity, transparency, honesty, and love are my guiding principles.”
